星期三晚7-8上環瑜伽班
不經不覺巳經教了上環社區瑜伽班半年, 今晚終於都記得影番張相留念。唔知點解瑜伽班嘅男女比例都好極端, 呢班1:5有啲班去到0:10。唔通男人唔使減肥?

熱完身再做多2 round拜日式burn 吓大家啲fat fat 。最後到Inversion pose,靠牆做個輕鬆啲嘅肩立式(Shoulder stand)。以前同學都覺得做倒轉動作有啲驚, 不過解釋俾佢地聽呢個式子可以改善大家肩頸痛, 做落大家肩頸都松左無再痛, 依家變得好落力嘗試。

地點:上環蘇杭街49-51號建安商業大廈2/F (上環MTR A2出口)
