http://m.next.hk/news/ent/20140718/58965 大家仲記唔記得之前播出嘅《霏雲蕩馬記》？佢哋就係帶大家遊馬來西亞嘅雅霏同小雲喇！不過呢日雅霏就話唔傾旅遊住，要同大家講吓佢最有興趣嘅空中瑜伽先。 雅霏表示玩空中瑜伽時，喺條繩嘅支撐下，加埋地心吸力，有啲動作做起嚟會比地上瑜伽容易，舒展筋骨之餘，對平衡身體好有幫助。當日雅霏就示範咗兩個動作，見佢成個人倒吊，再變埋空中「飛」人，認真厲害！ 咦！見雅霏嘅盤骨位有個蜈蚣形嘅疤痕，究竟發生咩事呢？原來以前雅霏好貪玩，經常出入夜店嘅佢因一次意外，令到盤骨位留有一條蜈蚣形疤痕，仲傷及肌肉，要留醫半個月。就係喺嗰段日子，佢開始認真思考自己將來要行一條點樣嘅路，呢個亦係《霏雲闖蕩》旅遊節目嘅起點。 問到條疤咁礙眼，會唔會考慮整走佢？雅霏斬釘截鐵咁答：「絕對唔會！因為我要用佢嚟警惕自己。」 下一集雅霏會教幾個簡單嘅瑜伽動作，等大家搭完長途機，或者孭完重嘢都可以做嚟紓緩筋骨。當然亦會分享旅行嘅趣事喇！記得留意喇！ 周雅霏（A.faye） Behind scene
