哈達瑜伽(梵文) 是一種注重身體和精神力量建設瑜伽。


傳統的哈達瑜伽是一個整的瑜伽系統,包括規律動作(體位法),㓗凈法(shatkriya),手勢(手印),呼吸(調息),和冥想。練習哈達瑜伽,能達至改善身體健康及減低壓力的目的



哈達瑜伽通過身體姿勢或“體”,淨化的做法,控制呼吸( pranayma ),和冥想,達到心靈放鬆平靜,平衡頭腦和身體。體位法的練習注重安靜,平衡和力量,並能改善人體健康及令頭腦清醒


瑜伽結合了專注,呼吸和肢體動作的訓練持續練習下,能改善身體健康。瑜伽學員一般覺得睡眠質數有所改善,身體能量水平和肌肉張力得到提高,肌肉疼痛和僵硬得到緩解,血液循環更良好, 整體更健康了。瑜伽在呼吸方面的練習可以改善睡眠,心臟率和血壓。

式子的組合包括:坐式, 站立,扭轉,和溫和的背部彎曲類的動作,以增加學生的柔韌性和力量
呼吸控制法:教授腹式呼吸, 及左右鼻孔交替呼吸. 有助放鬆心情及改舒緩壓力.

Hatha yoga (Sanskrit) is a kind of yoga focusing on physical and mental strength building exercises and postures.  

Traditional hatha yoga is a holistic yogic path, including disciplines, postures (asana), purification procedures (shatkriya), gestures (mudra), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. It is predominantly practiced to improve physical health and  also recognized as a stress-reducing practice.

Hatha yoga attempts to balance mind and body via physical postures or "asanas", purification practices, controlled breathing (pranayma), and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach poise, balance and strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind in preparation for meditation.


Yoga's combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements brings health benefits with regular participation. Yoga participants report better sleep, increased energy levels and muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation and overall better general health. The breathing aspect of yoga can benefit insomnia, heart rate and blood pressure.

Beginner Class-no experience required
Postures (Asana)
Combination of siting , standing, Twisting, and mild back bending postures to increase student's flexibility & strength.
Breathing control (pranayma)
Practice abdominal breathing & alternative nostrils breathing to reslease stress & improve sleeping quality.

Regular Class from Monday to Saturday: Hatha, Aerial & Wall rope yoga class & Pilates
