In this class We'll do deep stretching and practice inversion poses with the help of yoga hammock. Inversion pose such as: Shoulder stand, headstand, headstand in Louts.
This Advance class is for those with regular Yoga practice for min one year or 6 month regular Aerial Yoga experience.
Class size is limit to 10 people.
