My flying yoga practice

My student like to ask about what I do in my own practice. Hey guys here's my flying yoga practice on 13Sep,2012

1. Swing to relax spine
2 Lift up to touch feet 10 times a set , exercise my belly to work out for my six pack
3 Drop back to relax my shoulder
