Fitmind is Attitude Charity yoga 6April 2014



I learnt this event form Kiki and  decide to go for full support immediately. Yoga is not only about physical exercise , it's also very help to our mental & spiritual body. By participant in helping people ( Karma) around us help us to open our spiritual body and learnt more love.

大家好我是林子萱Kiki,是藝人也是一位瑜珈教練,決定加入思覺基金成為Fitmind大使並全力協助推動這個「Fitmind就是態度」瑜伽項目,除了知道能夠支持社會關注精神健康外,是因為瑜伽這運動切實幫助了我,在人生黑暗的時間讓我看到光明,通過恆常練習除了身體變得強壯筋骨漸漸柔軟以外,真正卻是「心」得到打開變得堅定和更快樂,當你可以有技巧的自由的控制身體,內在信心就建立起來,慢慢的,人就變得不會被外在的東西影響,知道每一個呼吸每一個動作都是自己可以選擇的,看到改變,簡單的就是身材好皮膚好心情好,還有就是扎扎實實由身體感受到運動的力量,強大是由內心的,自在。心寬氣廣身體力行就是支持自己精神健康最有效的方法,身體健康與內心穩定我們才有能量照亮別人和愛我們所愛。瑜伽誰也可以做,淺易的恆常練習,把運動變成習慣,我保證你和我一樣也會愛上瑜珈。
