假期瑜伽習作1: 空中瑜伽極高空版


十二月放了一個月的悠長假期, 別人都問我去哪裡遊行, 但現在的我更樂於內遊探索自己的身體練瑜伽多於向外探索呢! 假期是我爭取練習的時間的機會喔~

和家人到澳門塔遊玩也順便來個真正的'高空瑜伽

好!高空教學示範開始

Step 1: Gears on 


Step 2: look down try not to shake

Step 3: Walk

Step 4: Slide and Yale Loud!






Step 5: Kick someone in front of U if they walk too slow cause by shaking legs


Step 6: Stretch out for back bending while awaiting others to take pictures 




Step 7: Sit when U have wait too long



Step 8 : Finally took a stunning picture at the edge of the tower with balance pose Haha!
A great opportunity to challenge U're stability in body & mind on 233M above ground!


這就是我的空中瑜伽澳門塔233M版.我想這可會是史上做過最高的空中最高瑜伽呢?

臨走時剛好趕上日落的一刻, 四周都染上橙金色的夕陽餘輝, 太漂亮了!這樣的美景當然忍不住要來個瑜伽pose ^^
