Facebook event : https://www.facebook.com/events/1563483403903448/ This Two-day teacher training course is aimed at developing basis skills for yoga instructors of all styles focusing primarily on using Yoga Bou - a prop designed to help release muscular tensions in the body. This course has been designed with yoga instructors who teach hatha, therapeutic, senior, or vinyasa styles in mind.  The 18-hours teacher instructor training curriculum focuses on Yoga Bou Flow, a special yoga sequence that consists of 24 poses which starts with a wrist stretch, then series of warm-ups, standing, sitting, and ends with cool-down poses.  Students will learn the benefits of the wide variety of applications of the Yoga Bou.  The course will be based over three days for a maximum of six hours per day.  Participating in an additional two-hour workshop will be counted toward the final 18-hour total. 瑜伽墊-Kamachi (初級)

初學瑜伽的同學常問我如何選購瑜伽𥱊。我的選擇是如在家練習, 買張厚一點的。大約6mm的yoga mat 比較適合因為1. 練坐式時不會感覺太冷(冬天我會在𥱊下再加墊), 2. 練跪地式子時對膝蓋保護度較佳 如果要帶𥱊出門上課那選4mm厚度的會輕一點, 捲起來自體積小容易攜帶。 手汗腳汗較多的人要選防滑較果較好的。 價錢方面不要太貴, 初級的$100元左右巳不錯, 萬一不再練瑜伽將𥱊送給別人也不會太肉赤。到了肯定自己愛上練瑜伽再投資貴一點的Mat也不遲。  Kamachi Yoga Mat size: 68"*24"* 6mm size: 68"*24"*4mm  Colour: Purpule, Blue, Pink  made in Taiwan   團購拎到折頭. 如果你都想訂購, 可以sent email 比我: amyyoga@ymail.com or 到 新蒲崗五芳街8號11樓C&D室(港鐵鑽石山站 A2出口) 可另佩瑜伽袋
