Yoga Bou Teacher Training 2015(HK) June 13-14

Facebook event : https://www.facebook.com/events/1563483403903448/ This Two-day teacher training course is aimed at developing basis skills for yoga instructors of all styles focusing primarily on using Yoga Bou - a prop designed to help release muscular tensions in the body. This course has been designed with yoga instructors who teach hatha, therapeutic, senior, or vinyasa styles in mind.  The 18-hours teacher instructor training curriculum focuses on Yoga Bou Flow, a special yoga sequence that consists of 24 poses which starts with a wrist stretch, then series of warm-ups, standing, sitting, and ends with cool-down poses.  Students will learn the benefits of the wide variety of applications of the Yoga Bou.  The course will be based over three days for a maximum of six hours per day.  Participating in an additional two-hour workshop will be counted toward the final 18-hour total.
